Time of Year

www.TheCitizensWhoCare.org

Our goal is to list as many local products that we expect to be harvested each month. This is the ideal time to get the freshest produce at, generally, the best price. It is also the ideal time to purchase in volume if you plan to do canning for the winter months. Remember the old saying just after harvest: "Eat what you can and what you can't you can." If you harvest or know when the best harvest time of any local fresh produce, please send the information to: gordonclay@aol.com
